Hermina is a passionate and highly reviewed cook who prepares food for events on the farm. She takes care of the garden, caring for the seedlings, harvesting and conserving the products, and preparing fantastic meals for our guests. She also teaches interested persons about the processes involved in making her unique dishes.
She enjoys taking care of guests on the farm and uses her contagious friendliness and cheerfulness to ensure everything is in order, and everyone around her is happy.
During winter, when the garden is sleeping, she is occupied with knitting and crocheting clothing materials, including footwear, which she sells all over Europe.
She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and leverages her expertise to provide our guests with the best experience.
